As part of our mission to improve the health and wellness in our community, X-TrainFit provides a full schedule of Calorie Burning and Muscle Toning group exercise classes that are suitable for all levels. More than yout typical gym, our facility boasts three purpose built studios for indoor cycling, group exercise and hot yoga.

But that's not all. In addition to a comprehensive schedule of Cycling, Toning, Cardio and Core-Strengthening classes, we deliver some of the most tenured and talented instructors in Northwest Arkansas. We believe that there is more to a class than music and equipment. We believe it's the instructors that make the difference and differentiates X-TrainFit from out competition.
