The group exercise classes at X-Train Fit are all taught by experienced and motivating instructors. X-Train Fit's class schedule is packed with a variety of different classes that guarantee an awesome workout every time. I haven't found a class yet that I didn't love doing, and I actually look forward to going to the gym now!

XtrainFit offers a safe, motivating, high energy and friendly atmosphere for me to achieve my personal fitness goals. Since joining X-TrainFit a few months ago I have been extremely impressed with the facility, the instructors and all of the classes I participate in. The entire staff takes great care of us and are always going out of their way to make each class a fun and unique experience. I am never bored in Pilates, Definitions or Step class and I get bored very easily. I am motivated to attend class whenever I can because I see the results in the weight I've lost and the overall improvement of my health.

Xtrainfit is the place to be if you want to loose weight, feel great, get tone and meet new people. Stephanie and her team do a great job teaching and training us on how to do the exercise the correct way and they make it FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Spinning is my favorite by far-- it is a good workout and I always look forward to it.

Definition and abs - I like being able to get up in the morning, work out, and start my day- The morning classes work well with my schedule.

I am a Group Exercise nut, and participating in the variety of group exercise classes offered at XTrainFit has been all that I expected and more. The schedule is packed with options, and the instructors are top notch. Working out is a part of my lifestyle, and I am so pleased to have a place to go where I can get the motivation and encouragement I need while getting great workouts that are as challenging as I want them to be. The fact that I really have fun working out and have developed great friendships with other gym members and instructors are just added bonuses to my XTrain Fit membership.

X-train fit is the only gym at which I have chosen to take an organized class. Most of the time, I have always worked out with free weights and exercised on my own plan. After having another birthday this year, I really began to feel thing getting out of shape and my energy levels were down. My wife came home one day and said she had joined the Gym where she had been taking a "Boot Camp" class. This seemed like just the right opportunity for me to try something new. I started with an Abs and Definition class thinking I might just get an aerobic workout...wrong. The instructors really changed my outlook. They worked harder in that hour than most people exercise in an entire session by themselves. I was thoroughly impressed and have gone back ever since that first class and learn something new every day.

Besides working out, I have been to many massage therapist and a few chiropractors. All have just been ok, but I have not been overly impressed with the sessions or long term results. Hesitantly, I signed up for a 1 hour session after Stephanie's recommendation. Upon arriving, I was greeted by this young lady that looked to be very gentle. I was guessing this was another glorified rub down...wrong! After an hour with Marla, I had muscles joints that had not been relaxed in years. This is the best massage I have ever had from any professional in my life. If you have joint problems or just that problematic area that won't subside, this is you place to go.
