The X-TrainFit At Home Training Legs DVD compliments the total body conditioning program by strengthening and toning the legs and glutes. This 53 minute extreme home workout works by building lean muscle in one of the body’s largest muscle groups. The exercises in this video also help burn calories at rest, as well as sculpting those great looking buns. There are many different exercises to challenge the lower body; such as various types of squats, lunges, calf raises, deadlifts, and many more.

Do not expect the standard 3-5 sets of 10-12 reps in this DVD. We will take you through high reps and various ranges of motions to make that butt, those hamstrings, calves and quadriceps ripped.

We show multiple levels of difficulty for all fitness levels of ability. Once you become good at a level and master it, you move to the next one; becoming more fit and lean and making your lower body look the best it can look.
