Difficulty Levels

X-TrainFit At Home demonstrates all workouts in varying degrees of difficulty for all levels of participants, from beginner to advanced. Each of the 8 intense workouts feature 4 participants, each demonstrating a different level of difficulty.

As a participant in the XTF At Home program, you can choose the level of difficulty that is a challenge for you and set goals to increase your level of difficltuy as your conditioning improves. During each video, Stephanie and the team will identify which participants on each workout are completing the exercises at each level, you pick the participant to follow along with on screen.

Other products deliver quick initial results but participants quckly plateau. The architecture of the XTF At Home workouts, combined with the ability to level up your workouts, helps keep your muscles confused and increases the results you achieve. You will get the same quick initial results, but continue to see improvement over the full duration of the program.

Plateau Effect XTF Levels

Level 1. A great place for beginners to jump in. Level 1 is a challenge for many participants initially. Your goal should be to push yourself to level two. Do not confuse this level for easy though, these workouts will be tough for most people at first, even at this level.

Level 2. Intense and extremely challenging. Set a goal to complete the entire program at level 4 and your conditioning and overall fitness will likely be beyond your wildest dreams. Very few participants will start at this level but should be able to participate at this level in time. You may have to complete the program in full once or even twice before you can comfortably participate at level 2 but the challenge is there for you to achieve.

Levels 3 and 4. Intermediate to advanced. Only top athletes or those that have completed the entire program once or twice before are likely to be able to sustain performance at this level. Extremely challenging, these levels are fantastic goal for all to achieve but do not be surprised if you endurance finds you dropping back down to the level 2 or even 1 exercises mid-workout.

Above all else, challenge yourself. If you find a workout is not pushing you in the moment, it's time to kick it up a notch and tep up to the next level.
