It takes 21 days to build a new habit. That's why I created the 21 Day Bridge Program. It's designed specifically to help you build the habits for a healthy lifestyle, giving you the exercise and nutritional instruction you need to make your workouts and planned diet as everyday as working and playing with your family.

We'll use our exclusive 21 Day Bridge Guide to review your nutritional habits and help you plan a diet that works for you, gives you the correct fuels you need, with the variety and flavor you crave. My trainers and I will also work with you to program your weekly schedule for exercise. An intensive 21 day program with an appropriate mix of cardio and toning to help you achieve your goals. You will work hard for 21 days while you build your new habit and begin transforming your body, then we will modiy your schedule together to ensure your continued progress by developing a routine you can live with and modify as the mood suits you.
