Hot Yoga * – Yoga practiced in a heated room which allows for a deeper release, greater flexibility, minimizes muscle strain, lactic acid build up, reduces chance of injury, allows for greater cleansing of the body and builds stamina and endurance. Your mind will quickly overcome the challenge of the heated room though it may feel unbearable at the start. Stick with it and you will begin to notice the benefits quickly. Remember this is your journey, no-one else’s... Enjoy the journey and have fun with it..
Our purpose built Hot Yoga Studio is maintained at a temperature over 100 degrees fahrenheit during class to create the ultimate Hot Yoga experience. In addition, it's usually maintained at a temperature range of 80 - 90 degrees fahrenheit and all members are invited to use the room for stretching and relaxation when classes are not in session.
This class is offered at a reasonable cost to both members and non-members alike. Members receive a 20% discount on Hot Yoga and X-TrainFit Boot Camps. If you are unsure if Hot Yoga is the right class for you, please speak to one of our instructors. We are happy to invite you to experience your first class as our guest with no charge and no obligation.
