  • Meet jody hendrix

    Jody grew up in Northwest Arkansas and graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing. Jody has always been interested in exercise and helping others reach their goals. Jody is a certified personal trainer and a certified group exercise instructor. He is a gym owner in Northwest Arkansas where he specializes in training athletes for competition.

    Jody’s passion for fitness goes beyond the gym. He is a race fanatic and has completed over one hundred 5K and 10K races and multiple marathons and adventure races. He has completed over 50 triathlons. When Jody isn’t racing or training he is comping in fitness competitions. He placed first in the master’s category in Arkansas for 2016 Crossfit Open. He is the winner of the Pro Course Challenge placed third overall in the Primal Challenge adventure race. In 2015, Jody won the Oktoberfest Crossfit Competition.

    How many calories will I burn?
    Calorie Burn will vary greatly depending on the participant and the level of exertion you apply during the workout.
    What equipment do I need to get the best results?
    You’ll need a set of light, medium and heavy dumbbells or resistance bands. additionally a safe location to complete pull-ups is recommended, a door frame pull-up bar is an excellent equipment investment.
